Dividends

Dividends will be provided only when the Treasury is at a positive P&L (profitable position) and:

1. P&L is at least +10% from the benchmark value

2. Community did not vote against the upcoming Dividend Distribution

The Dividends provided to NFT holders will be 25% of the Profit accumulated above benchmark value.

For Example, if the Benchmark Value is set for 1.5 Million USD and floor prices of the NFTs held in the Vault increased the Treasury value to 1,800,000 (P&L +13.9%), Venture VX will ''take profits'' by selling the profitable NFTs and will provide a total dividend of:

220,000$ (Total Profit) X 0.25 (Profit Distribution) = 35,000$ (Dividend to the community)

If the Treasury is not profitable then no dividends will be distributed until the Treasury will regain profitability.
