What is Venture VX?

Venture VX is the first Venture Capital in the Metaverse that is 100% funded by NFTs. Venture VX NFT Collection, will provide the liquidity required to operate the Fund by directing the profits from the Gallery sales to the Venture VX Treasury.

What is the Venture VX NFT collection?

Our NFT collection includes 10,000 art pieces built on the Ethereum blockchain. Thoughtfully designed, specifically picked, and impeccably shaped. Each of our NFT is unique and algorithmically generated with over 200 traits.

What does the NFT name represent?

Our NFT collection represents a real-life Venture Capital firm. The different NFTs themselves represent different corporate roles and job titles. You can take the CEO, CTO, CMO title (or any other job position you desire) by holding the appropriate NFT.

How do I Become a VC partner?

Why should I get a high rank NFT?

When you hold a high rank NFT you get more Dividend Airdrop, more Voting power, Authorities and an entry ticket to our Board of directors (a limited group for top executives). To get a better understanding of ranks and characters, check our White Paper.

What is Dividend Airdrop?

Each week the fund will send Dividend Airdrops paid as $ETH to all of our nft holders. The Dividends will be sent directly to holders wallets as an Airdrop without gas fees. The Treasury pay the all fees required to send the transaction.

When will I get the Dividends Airdrop?

Dividends will be provided weekly when: The DAO Treasury P&L is at least +10% (profitable position), The Community did not vote against the upcoming Dividend Distribution.

What is the Venture VX Treasury?

The crypto assets purchased are deposited into the Venture VX Vault (also called the Treasury). This is a Multi-Signature Ethereum wallet based on the Ethereum blockchain. The value of the Treasury is valued by different financial metrics such as nft rarity, gallery floor price and bid/ask prices (for the cryptocurrencies held in the vault).

How can I Vote and participate in Board meetings?

We will publish the Meeting dates and required rank to enter the meetings. To attend in a limited entry meeting, you will have to hold an appropriate NFT (according to the required rank for that meeting). Discord will authenticate your nft rank and allow you to enter meetings. Voting will always be open to all of our collection holders.

What can I vote for?

We expect a substantial amount of capital coming into the Treasury. Meaning that the community will be eligible to decide on BIG financial actions, such as buying treasuries of other projects, paying for immense marketing campaigns and even pay for community lavish parties :)
