As a shareholder in a firm, you can vote for almost anything and provide your objections (or support) on the actions that the Board of Directors is planning on taking. The more shares you hold, the higher your voting power! Using your acquired Managerial powers can affect marketing budgets, investing decisions, administrations, cooperation with other projects etc. We are not a DAO In order to execute an investment decision, the majority of the Ventrue VX community will have to vote in favor of it.
